Hex Venture Builder Program

Join Hex

We are a technology startup in the heart of Europe. We are building our next stage with people who can learn fast, communicate well and turn ideas into real progress.

The Hex Venture Builder Program is not built around one fixed job title. We want to find people who can help grow the business side of HexFa first, then move into a more specific role based on their real strengths and the needs of the team.

Apply to the programme

A wide dark field with a lit path running from a dense cluster of structure on one side towards an open, brighter space on the other.

First, this is not an idea on a slide

HexFa is a growing technology group with real products in enterprise communication, operations management, secure online spaces and private AI. A large part of the technical architecture, infrastructure and product development is already in place, with enterprise deployment considered from the start.

Our main products use a license model. The software can run on dedicated or customer controlled infrastructure, including multi server setups, different geographic locations and load balancing when needed. The goal is to give organisations more control over their data, capacity, security and service continuity, without depending on one shared central platform.

What is this program for?

Our technical side has grown faster than our business side. Most of our effort so far has gone into architecture, development, infrastructure, testing and documentation. Now we want to build the business side with the same level of care.

People who join the first stage will start with the title Venture Builder. This means you are not limited to one narrow task. You should be able to research, find opportunities, build relationships, turn technical information into clear business language and suggest practical next steps.

Two structures of different weight joined by a lit bridge: a tall, dense one and a lighter one still being assembled.

You will not be locked to one product

We have several products with different markets and needs. A startup program that fits ManageHex may not fit SayHex. One investor may care about enterprise AI while another may focus on secure communication, infrastructure or operations software. The goal is not to pick one product and ignore the rest. The goal is to find the right product and the right business story for each opportunity.

What have we built?

  • PTTHex

An enterprise push to talk platform for fast, secure and scalable team communication, with support for deployment on dedicated infrastructure.

  • RoomHex

Secure online spaces for meetings, classes, training, streaming, events, concerts and sensitive use cases such as private healthcare communication.

  • ManageHex

An operations platform for restaurants, larger cafes, hospitality groups, venues and event businesses. It brings ordering, payments, staff workflows, dashboards, reporting and event operations into one system.

  • SayHex

A private enterprise AI platform with 18 departments. Each department includes defined tools and checks that support better quality, better understanding of requests and more reliable work. Its main direction is private deployment on organisational infrastructure.

  • TellHex Coming Soon

The fifth product in the set, and the one still being built. What it does is not being described yet.

One system drawn across several separate racks of infrastructure, each holding the same shape, joined by lit links rather than gathered into one central block.

The technical idea behind the products

Our products are designed for organisations that do not want to hand full control of important data and operations to a public external service. Where possible, we design critical parts to run on dedicated infrastructure and reduce dependence on a single outside provider. This approach is part of our architecture, license model and technical decisions.

Recognition that can be checked

We prefer clear evidence over big claims. Every line links to its source.

We understand why some people no longer trust the word startup

Many talented people have spent weeks or months on projects that had no real product, no clear plan and not enough ability to execute. Some projects used impressive titles and future promises to take people's time and skills without a solid base for building a real company. People in our wider community have seen this first hand.

That is why we do not want to build trust with promises. We want to build it with working products, real architecture, technical and business documentation, a record of taking part in recognised programs and clear working terms before any ongoing work begins. If we use a short case exercise during selection, it is only to understand how you think. It will not be used as free production work.

Show the product and the record. Avoid vague promises. Make working terms clear before ongoing work begins.

What will you work on first?

The first stage is mainly focused on funding, startup programs and business readiness. It is not focused on high volume sales or bringing in large numbers of customers.

  • Find suitable investors and understand what they invest in
  • Find accelerators, startup programs, competitions, grants and funding opportunities that fit each product
  • Prepare and improve applications, pitches and business explanations
  • Build professional relationships with investors, programs, partners and relevant networks
  • Research markets, competitors, pricing, advantages and user feedback
  • Help improve the brand, business message and content for non technical audiences
  • Find strategic partnerships and new paths the team may not have considered yet

Start general, then move into a specific role

We do not want to lock you into a narrow title before we have worked together. At the start, everyone in the program gets a wider view of the business and the products. Over time, real performance shows where each person can create the most value.

Your future role may move toward investor relations, business development, partnerships, strategy, brand, operations, product or even a technical role. If someone is strong in business and also happens to be a good developer or designer, we will not ignore that skill because of the title they started with.

Who are we looking for?

You do not need to have held the title Venture Builder before. You may never have worked in a role with this exact mix of tasks. What matters is whether you can learn, think, communicate and move work forward.

  • Strong English for writing, meetings and professional communication
  • The ability to research deeply and find answers, not just scan the first search result
  • Clear speaking and the ability to explain complex topics in simple language
  • A creative mind that can find paths that are not obvious
  • A strong sense of responsibility and focus on results, not only tasks
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in startups, investment, markets or product building
  • Comfort working in an environment where every role and process is not fixed yet

This program is especially relevant for people who live outside Iran and have access to international networks. We are particularly interested in people based in Europe, the United Kingdom and North America, because a large part of the work involves investors, startup programs and international business networks. If you are based somewhere else and have the right skills, you can still apply.

Who may not enjoy this stage

  • Someone who only wants a fixed list of tasks and does not want to solve problems outside it
  • Someone who cares more about the job title than the real work and result
  • Someone who waits for the next instruction before moving
  • Someone who treats the first search result as complete research
  • Someone who only wants a startup name on their CV and is not interested in building for the long term

First group: up to 4 people

Our current goal is to build a small group of up to 4 people. Four is not a quota. If we find only two people who are truly right for the program, we will not lower the standard just to fill four places. If we meet more outstanding people and the team needs them, the group can grow. Quality matters more than the number.

Four lit hexagonal places set close together around a shared centre, with a fifth place left open and unlit beside them.

About the working model

This program is not presented as a standard salaried vacancy from day one. The working model, expected time commitment, compensation structure and long term path may be different for different people and roles.

These points are discussed directly and clearly before any ongoing work begins. We do not ask people to keep working based on vague future promises. If both sides do not agree on the working terms, the collaboration does not begin.

How does the selection process work?

  1. Initial application

Send your CV or profile and answer a few short questions that show how you think.

  2. First conversation

A two way introduction to you, the team, the products and the goal of the program.

  3. Short exercise

We may ask you to review a research problem or a realistic scenario. It will be short and used only for evaluation, not as free work for the company.

  4. Deeper conversation

We look at your research, communication, decision making and ability to work across several products.

  5. Agree on a starting point

If both sides want to continue, the initial role, level of commitment and working terms are made clear before ongoing work starts.

Do not apply for a title. Apply to build.

If you read this page and thought more than once, "I can do this", send your application even if you do not have a similar title on your CV. We care more about how you think, how fast you learn, how well you communicate and whether you can execute.

The reply and your copy both go here.

We work out your age from this and send only the age. The date itself is not kept.

One PDF, under two megabytes. It is attached to the message and not stored anywhere.

What you would work on first, and one opportunity you would look into for one of our products. A few plain sentences say more than a list of titles.
