Capabilities

Four kinds of work, five products

The products are separate and the work behind them is not. These are the four things that run through all of it, and the products that carry each one.

Talking
From one channel to a full shared room
Running a business
The floor, the menus, the orders and the staff
Where it runs
Android, iOS and the browser

Voice and video

From one channel to a full room

PTTHex is the short end of it. Hold one control and everyone tuned to the same channel hears you, the way a radio works, from a phone or from a browser. The line under the control says whether the floor is free or somebody else has it, so two people do not talk over each other.

RoomHex is the long end. One room a group shares, with a board everyone can draw on, the people in it, a chat, notes and a poll beside it. The same room runs a class or plays one film for everybody at the same time.

Both are built by the same people, which is why a channel and a room feel like two settings of one thing rather than two products that happen to be sold together.

Everyday operations

The floor a business is run from

ManageHex draws a venue where it really stands: rooms, zones, tables and seats, in the positions they occupy on the floor. Each table carries the state it is in, and the view has a key for what each state means, so the plan on the screen and the room in front of you are the same room.

The same floor plans an event and then works it. Menus open from a code on the table, an order travels from the table to the kitchen without being carried, and every member of staff has a role that decides what they can see and do.

AI under your control

Who is allowed to ask

SayHex puts AI to work across an organisation with the organisation still deciding who may use what. Work is grouped by department, so a team's own work lives where that team is rather than in one pool everybody shares.

That is the part most software of this kind leaves to itself, and it is the part a business asks about first: not what the model can do, but who in the building is allowed to ask it.

Phones and the web

Tested on the screens people own

The products ship on Android, on iOS and in a browser, and they are tested on all three rather than on whichever one is convenient. Small phones, older phones and wide monitors are part of that: if something only works on a new laptop, it is not finished.

Nothing here needs installing to be looked at. Where a product runs in a browser it runs in a browser, with no download in front of a person who is only trying to see whether it fits.
